By accessing or using Fixture (the "Service", available at fixture.gg), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the Service. If you participate in a prize pool, you must be of legal age to contract in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, including your match predictions and any picks you submit. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your phone number current so that sign-in codes can reach you.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
If you choose to sign in with your phone number, Fixture sends a one-time login code via SMS to the number you provide. By entering your phone number and requesting a code, you consent to receive that message. These are transactional sign-in messages sent only on demand when you initiate a sign-in — we do not send recurring marketing or promotional SMS. Expected frequency is one to three messages per user per month.
Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help or contact support@fixture.gg. We do not share, sell, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
Match predictions are submitted by you and are locked at match kickoff. Scoring is based on the rules published in the Service. We may correct results, scoring errors, or invalid picks at our discretion to preserve fairness.
Fixture allows administrators of a fixture to organize an optional, friend-managed prize pool. Prize pools are honor-system arrangements between members of a fixture. Fixture is not a party to any prize pool transaction, does not hold, transfer, or distribute funds, does not act as an escrow, and does not guarantee any payout. Members settle directly with one another using their own payment methods (such as Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, or PIX).
Fixture is not a gambling operator and does not offer sportsbook services, real-money wagering, or fixed-odds betting. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any informal prize pool you participate in is lawful in your jurisdiction. Where prohibited by law, prize pools must not be used.
Some fixture features (such as exact-score bonus points, prize-pool tooling, and other enhancements) may require a one-time premium unlock per fixture. Software unlock fees are processed by Stripe. Stripe does not process prize pool funds; pools are settled directly between members off-platform. Premium unlocks apply to the fixture they were purchased for and are not transferable.
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@fixture.gg within 14 days of purchase if you believe a refund is warranted.

Fixture and its content (excluding user-generated content such as your picks and profile information) are owned by Fixture or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit; by submitting, you grant Fixture a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content solely to operate the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, error-free, or that match results, kickoff times, or other data will always be correct or up-to-date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fixture and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any losses related to informal prize pools, missed matches, missed picks, or scoring outcomes. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Fixture in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $20.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated via the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fixture is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
